Orders from stock received Monday to Friday before 11am will normally be despatched the same day. They are generally delivered to mainland U.K. destinations via our next day carrier, carriage paid. However, we cannot guarantee a next day delivery.
Larger and heavier items will generally be despatched on a two day service within the mainland U.K.
If you require your order to be delivered on a specified day, then please advise the date required and we will do our best to ensure that this takes place.
Timed and Saturday deliveries are available at additional cost. Likewise deliveries to outlying and international destinations are chargeable.
Please note that not all items are eligible for overseas shipping.

We will send goods to the address you specify at the time of the order. If you provide us with your email address and/or a mobile telephone number, our carrier - DPD - will attempt to notify you of a one hour delivery window via one or the other method. However, this must be viewed as a courtesy, and it is your responsibility to be available to receive goods.
If the goods are not delivered by two days after the expected delivery date, then please contact us so that we can investigate. Where appropriate we will start claims procedures with our carrier and organise replacements.
You should check and sign for goods upon delivery, whereupon they become your property and responsibility. We do not accept any liability for subsequent loss or damage. If the goods have been damaged in transit, then please advise us as soon as possible and we can take the necessary action.
